Rats in the Hat



There was a house in a village.

There was a rathole in the house. There were many rats in the hole.

And, a cat also lived in the house. He was always an enemy to the rats.



One day, when the cat was chasing the rats, one of the rats saw a magician's hat. He jumped into the hat to hide.

But the rat grew very big because of the magic. The cat got frightened.

He ran back in a hurry and fell into a river.



At that time, an elephant was bathing in the river. Without seeing the cat, he trampled the cat under his big foot.

The cat died.


Moral: We should be friendly with everyone.

Sinbad and the Giant

Sinbad ran.

He saw the big castle. The big giant in the castle had seen the ship come.



The giant asked the captain of ship, "Do you have anyone for me to eat? I am hungry".

The captain replied, "I have a fat man and a lean man".

"Give them both to me", the giant said.



The captain took a rope and tied Sinbad and the fat man to a stone.

Sinbad stood without breathing.



And then a snake came. It pulled the fat man and ate him.

The rope was loosened.

Sinbad got out of the rope and escaped back to the ship.

The big giant got angry and broke his castle to pieces.


Moral: We should help others.

Sinbad and the Gold


The river went slowly.

Sinbad saw his Mom and he said, "I have lots of Gold".

"Okay", his mother replied.



One day, a hunter came and took aim at Sinbad and his mother.

Sinbad got close to him and kicked the hunter.

The hunter fell into the river and went with the river.



Then Sinbad sold all his gold and bought cotton.

They lived happily ever after.



Moral: We should not kill for money.
